Here are some tips as to how to Change the Layout of Your Profile Page so you can add your introduction and Bio just like I did on the State Leader profile example page. You can see the attached word 97-2003 document (below) for further help so you can provide a way to be contacted and only show those who click on the link your email address. This prevents web-crawlers from spamming your email. Also here is an Introduction to additional My Page Features.

By the way when you load your profile photo (GIF, JPG or PNG image) it will be re-sized to a 175x175-pixel square. To see how to upload or update your Profile Photo See Here

Also another consideration is to allowing Facebook or Twitter to repeat what you right in your status box in other words your "Whats going on" box on there site if you have accounts there. The same goes for pictures you might upload. This has been made incredibly easy for you. Just check the little box next to the Facebook or Twitter logo when posting your status, uploading pictures your account or posting a blog and it will show in your News Feed on Facebook or as a Twitter entry saying you "Just added a new discussion on National Governors' Prayer Team ". As it will when I finish this new discussion entry. For further directions or information on these capabilities Click Here.

Please suggest any additional tips you run across an you begin to interact with this system.

GROUPS:

There are several different kinds of groups here:

Groups are to be set up by each of the US Regional Prayer Leaders to provide communication to the states under there care.

Each State Prayer Leader is also to set up a group to provide communication such as prayer alerts, communications regarding special projects and gatherings across their state.

State Area Prayer Leaders, County Prayer Leaders and City/Town Prayer Leaders may also find it useful to provide a Group for there constituents to provide further connectivity.

It is up to the Prayer Leader to invite the individuals from there area of responsibility to join there group.
