First in a series of 13 videos. I went to the State Capital for a once a month prayer time for the first time and instead saw these men. I began video taping for my channel Floraspec. Divine Providence in action. They came from Deschuttes County in Central Oregon to make a declaration against the spiritual powers over the state. This is the only time they have ever done this.
