    MY dear friends.... please pray for Mr. Naoyoshi Sato. Recently he was promoted to a position of a top-level civil service technocrat for Department of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The devastation of earthquake and tsunami now put him in a very critical point. He was appointed to be in charge of the nuclear crisis control. There is such a heavy burden on his shoulders: there are about 1,000 people working on these projects including those, who are at the plant. The project he is working on is to connect electric pi
