The National Governors' Prayer Team is a cooperative effort of individuals, independent Christian ministries and businesses working together to intercede for and on behalf of all those in authority including the Governor in their state.

We are here to come together with the focus of praying for our Governor and "all those in authority". Beside our weekly statewide prayer call this give us a place to communicate what you as a watcher on the wall are seeing and hearing. To sound the alarm for special prayer needs and calls. To also get to know and serve one another.

    Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of a Nation: by Dutch Sheets

    Will Ford, III – Indiana, God is dreaming about you!

    * Jim Chosa - ”Oh, Indiana if you only knew. if you only understood what I have placed in the land, the deposits that I have spoken and released by My Word—the seed of the Word that is in the heart of our nation in Indiana.”

    *Chuck Pierce- You will have tremendous conflicts but the evangelistic gift will be restored in Indiana. You’ll be sending out from Indiana throughout the world. You are an Army in Indiana filled with God’s presence, God’s Love. You are going to be cohesive enough that you move in this state so you change the atmosphere of the state. Under stand these are key times, understand them and move forward and liberate the harvest field of Indiana.

    * Dutch Sheets : Are there some new beginnings for America that are to begin in Indiana. Maybe Indiana is supposed to be a coat of many colors, maybe you are a key to some things that have to do with healing a nation, some kind of liberty thing that God wants to bring to Indiana some sort of deliverance movement or mantle…coming to you maybe there is a liberty in the spirit that would translate freedom for believers, but mass deliverance, jubilee, the captive letting go of something that has to come forth out of Indiana first in the sense of deliverance or freedom or Jubilee or liberty; maybe .a fullness of liberty, fullness of redemption.

    There is something to do with firsts. First strikes that have to do with this state that are first for the nation. This is a forerunning state in the sense of covenant, asking people to move into a higher level of covenant. First Strike -Jericho- Maybe the Son is saying “I want to be a First Strike Captain in Indiana.” Maybe He is going to lead you into some victories to initiate , revivals for the rest of the nation. I am just going to tell you right now, they are...it is coming!

    First Strike places have to do with miraculous provisions , the supernatural element of the Lord that comes and begins to multiply. It must have to do with some sort of multiplying of harvest. Maybe where God is about to strike first is this younger generation, and the revival in the college campuses is going to start right here in Indiana. ”Lord, .is it going to begin in Indiana or is this going to be one of the “First Strike” states. First Strike people have to be people who insist on heavenly strategy!

    Here in Indiana, we're fortunate to have a govt-funded 'Community Prayer Siren' *smile* -- the Friday 11am emergency siren that also serves as a great reminder to pray for our community, its leaders, civic heroes, pastors, teachers, friends & neighbors.  Moreover, we also sound a call-to-prayer via the http://twitter.com/IndyPrayer account we set up on Twitter.

     

    Each Friday, we tweet a prayer-reminder, as well as a link to the prioritized city-prayer requests each week.

     

    And lastly, the @IndyPrayer account also serves just like the local siren -- in case of emergencies in the city, it will alert Christians re special information they will want to know.

     

    So if you'd like these alerts to come to your cell phone as a TEXT, it's easy.... Just text the phrase    ON INDYPRAYER ...to 40404.

    I think you are right on. Your words let me to this passage.

    Ephesians 2

    1AND YOU [He made alive], when you were dead (slain) by [your] trespasses and sins

        2In which at one time you walked [habitually]. You were following the course and fashion of this world [were under the sway of the tendency of this present age], following the prince of the power of the air. [You were obedient to and under the control of] the [demon] spirit that still constantly works in the sons of disobedience [the careless, the rebellious, and the unbelieving, who go against the purposes of God].

        3Among these we as well as you once lived and conducted ourselves in the passions of our flesh [our behavior governed by our corrupt and sensual nature], obeying the impulses of the flesh and the thoughts of the mind [our cravings dictated by our senses and our dark imaginings]. We were then by nature children of [God's] wrath and heirs of [His] indignation, like the rest of mankind.

        4But God--so rich is He in His mercy! Because of and in order to satisfy the great and wonderful and intense love with which He loved us,

        5Even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings and trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship and in union with Christ; [He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved ([a]delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ's salvation).

    In our lives—in our cities, states, and nation—it often seems like an enemy of the Kingdom of God has possessed our “gates.” This enemy represents ideals and principals contrary to that of Heaven’s Kingdom. Yet it influences our business life, our cultural life, our social life, our political life—even our church life.  Therefore, I believe we must: rise up and possess the gates of our enemies and take back your culture. We must go out into the streets. Go out to the places of power, where the decisions of government are made. Go out into the business community. Go out into the judicial system and the legislature, the political arena. Take these places for the Kingdom of God.  Check out this link and see how the Lord is repositioning us  in Florida: Transformation Jacksonville & NE Florida I am sensing that God has been teaching many of us how to live in and by His Spirit, so that He could send us out in such a time as this into the “gates” and change what goes on there.
